Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) recently embarked on an impactful trip to Paris with mission of fostering global aviation partnerships. Visiting key centrals of France’s aviation industry, the delegates further strengthen ties with Groupe Aéroports de Paris (ADP) to enhance academic and operational expertise
The primary purpose of this visit was to exchange knowledge on aviation infrastructure and management. At Charles de Gaulle Airport, VAA representatives explored advanced airport operations, passenger service optimization, and innovative technology applications. This experience provided valuable insights into one of Europe’s largest and busiest international gateways, offering lessons on managing high passenger volumes efficiently while maintaining exceptional service quality.
Orly Airport was the next stop, highlighting sustainable airport practices and efficient facility management. The discussions focused on green initiatives, such as energy-efficient designs and carbon reduction programs, which align with global aviation’s push toward environmental sustainability. VAA is keen to adapt these approaches to enhance Vietnam’s airport operations in a responsible and forward-thinking manner. Le Bourget Airport, renowned for its historical significance and focus on business aviation, concluded the tour. Here, the delegation observed specialized services tailored to VIP clients and high-profile events like the Paris Air Show. The insights gained at Le Bourget aim to enrich VAA’s curriculum by introducing students to diverse aviation sectors beyond commercial airlines, preparing them for a broader range of career opportunities.
This collaborative effort with Groupe ADP is a significant step forward for VAA’s Construction Faculty. The training sessions offered technical expertise and facilitated discussions about future development projects and talent exchange programs between France and Vietnam.
